CO-FOUNDER AND MANAGING PARTNER
Quincy Allen is Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Arc Capital Partners. Along with Neville Rhone, he is responsible for overall firm strategy, investments, asset management, financing and dispositions. Quincy is also primarily responsible for overseeing the firm’s California opportunities.
Quincy is a 25-year veteran of real estate development, portfolio management and investing with over $8 billion of transaction experience. Prior to forming Arc Capital Partners, he was Managing Director and investment committee member of Canyon Capital Realty Advisors (“Canyon”). At Canyon, Quincy led the acquisitions team for the Canyon-Johnson Urban Funds and invested opportunistic debt and equity capital in over $3 billion of real estate. Prior to joining Canyon, Quincy was an executive with Lazard Frères focused on real estate portfolio management. Prior to joining Lazard, he was a Vice President of acquisitions with Archstone Communities, a leading apartment owner-operator, focused on apartments in urban locations. Prior to Archstone, Quincy was an associate with Security Capital Group.
Quincy is an active member of Urban Land Institute, Pension Real Estate Association, the National Multi Housing Council and the International Council of Shopping Centers.
Quincy graduated from Wayne State University with a Bachelor of Science in Finance, Summa Cum Laude and holds an MBA from Harvard Business School. Quincy also enjoys golf, coaching youth sports and family travel.

Neville Rhone is Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Arc Capital Partners. Along with Quincy Allen, he is responsible for overall firm strategy, investments, asset management, financing and dispositions. Neville is also primarily responsible for overseeing the firm’s Texas opportunities.
Neville is a 25-year veteran of real estate development, finance and investing with over $6 billion of transaction experience. Prior to forming Arc Capital Partners, Neville was a Managing Director and investment committee member of Canyon Capital Realty Advisors (“Canyon”). At Canyon, Neville led Texas/Southeast acquisitions and invested in over $1 billion of real estate. Prior to joining Canyon, he was a Vice President at Morgan Stanley focused on real estate investing. Prior to joining Morgan Stanley, Neville was a senior development executive with Tishman Realty Corporation, a leading mixed-use developer and operator located in New York City.
Neville is an active member of the Urban Land Institute, Pension Real Estate Association and the International Council of Shopping Centers. He is also a trustee of the Marlborough School and board member of the Economic Resources Corporation.
Neville graduated from Cornell University with both a Bachelor of Science and Master of Engineering (Civil Engineering) and holds an MBA from Columbia Business School. Neville is also an avid triathlete and marathoner.
Jernine Kim is a Vice President for Arc Capital Partners and supports the acquisitions, asset management and reporting of the firm.
Prior to joining Arc Capital Partners, Jernine was a senior fund accountant at Oaktree Capital Management responsible for performance analyses and investor reporting for funds and separate accounts with $6 billion of invested capital. Prior to Oaktree Capital, Jernine was at Goldman Sachs in New York as a senior accounting officer responsible for investor reporting of $5 billion of Special Situations Group investments. Prior to Goldman Sachs, Jernine was a senior auditor at Deloitte where she earned her CPA.
Jernine graduated from University of Hawaii with a Bachelor of Business Administration with distinction and holds an MBA from UCLA Anderson School of Management. While at UCLA, Jernine was recognized as a Robert Toigo Fellow, a Consortium Fellow and a Forte Foundation Fellow. Jernine also enjoys golf and yoga.
ASST VICE PRESIDENT
Daniel Fine is an Assistant Vice President for Arc Capital Partners and supports the acquisitions, asset management and reporting of the firm.
Prior to joining Arc Capital Partners, Daniel was a senior analyst at HRI Properties, a New Orleans-based investor and developer. At HRI, Daniel executed over $150 million of multifamily and lodging acquisitions and developments. Prior to HRI, Daniel was at Watermark Capital Partners, a Chicago-based real estate investment advisor and was responsible for the acquisition of $1.2 billion of primarily hotels.
Daniel graduated from Cornell University’s School of Hotel Administration with a Bachelor of Science in Hotel and Restaurant Administration and received an MBA from UCLA Anderson School of Management. While at UCLA, Daniel was recognized as a Peter Bren Distinguished Fellow in Entrepreneurial Real Estate. Daniel is a member of the Urban Land Institute and a board member of FEAST, a non-profit focused on promoting food education, health and wellness in underserved Southern California communities. Daniel enjoys travel, rock climbing, and scuba diving.
Lisa Furina, CPA is the Controller of Arc Capital Partners. Ms. Furina is primarily responsible for financial reporting, treasury, investor relations and compliance at Arc Capital Partners.
Lisa has 12 years of experience in accounting, reporting and investor relations. Before joining Arc Capital Partners, Lisa was with Ernst and Young, where she focused on real estate and investment industry clients. Prior to Ernst and Young, Lisa was the financial reporting manager for Urban Commons, a real estate investment and development firm. While there, she was responsible for all financial reporting pertaining to the IPO and REIT restructuring for a $500 million portfolio of properties. Prior to Urban Commons, Lisa held accounting positions at boutique independent accounting firms and real estate companies.
Lisa is a certified public accountant and a member of the AICPA. Lisa is also a graduate of Bentley University with a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy and holds an M.B.A from Hult International Business School, London campus.
