Quincy Allen

CO-FOUNDER AND MANAGING PARTNER

Quincy Allen is Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Arc Capital Partners. Along with Neville Rhone, he is responsible for overall firm strategy, investments, asset management, financing and dispositions.

Mr. Allen is a 27-year veteran of finance, real estate development and investing with over $8 billion of transaction experience. Prior to forming Arc, Mr. Allen was a Managing Director and investment committee member of Canyon Partners Real Estate (“Canyon”). At Canyon, Mr. Allen led the acquisitions team for the Canyon-Johnson Urban Funds, a partnership between Canyon and Earvin “Magic” Johnson, and invested in over $3 billion of real estate. Prior to joining Canyon, Mr. Allen was an executive with Lazard Frères (“Lazard”) focused on workouts and real estate portfolio management. Prior to joining Lazard, Mr. Allen was a Vice President with Archstone Communities (“Archstone”), a leading national multifamily REIT focused on apartments in urban locations. Prior to Archstone, he was an executive early in his career with Security Capital Group, the parent company of Archstone.

Mr. Allen is a Director of Apartment Investment and Management Company (NYSE: AIV) (“Aimco”), a multifamily focused REIT targeting property development and redevelopment. Mr. Allen also serves on the board of the Mike Ilitch School of Business (Wayne State University) and Think Together, a non-profit leader in providing after-school programs in underserved neighborhoods. Mr. Allen is also an active member of Urban Land Institute, Pension Real Estate Association, the National Multi Housing Council and Central City Association.

Mr. Allen graduated from Wayne State University (B.S. Finance Major, Summa Cum Laude) and holds and MBA from Harvard Business School.

Neville Rhone

CO-FOUNDER AND MANAGING PARTNER

Neville Rhone is Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Arc Capital Partners. Along with Quincy Allen, he is responsible for overall firm strategy, investments, asset management, financing and dispositions.

Mr. Rhone is a 27-year veteran of real estate development, finance, and investing with over $6.4 billion of transaction experience. Prior to forming Arc, Mr. Rhone was a Managing Director and investment committee member of Canyon Partners Real Estate (“Canyon”). At Canyon, Mr. Rhone led Texas acquisitions and invested in over $1 billion of real estate. Prior to joining Canyon, Mr. Rhone was a Vice President at Morgan Stanley focused on investment banking and real estate. Prior to joining Morgan Stanley, Mr. Rhone was a senior development executive with Tishman Realty Corporation in New York City.

Mr. Rhone is an active member of the Urban Land Institute and the Pension Real Estate Association. Mr. Rhone is also a Director of Stratus Properties, Inc., a leading Austin-based real estate company and investment committee advisor to the California Wellness Foundation. Mr. Rhone also serves as a trustee of the Marlborough School and a board member of the Economic Resources Corporation, a nonprofit focused on economic development.

Mr. Rhone graduated from Cornell University with both a Bachelor of Science and Master of Engineering (Civil Engineering) and holds an MBA from Columbia Business School.

Brad Weinberg

MANAGING DIRECTOR

Brad is a Managing Director for Arc Capital Partners, responsible for asset management, capital markets and portfolio management. Brad has 17 years of experience in real estate investment, finance, asset management, capital markets and development.

Prior to joining Arc Capital Partners, Brad was a Senior Vice President at Oaktree Capital Management, where he oversaw a commercial portfolio comprising 25+ million square feet and $4+ billion. While at Oaktree, Brad led commercial asset management across the firm’s opportunistic, value-add and core-plus strategies. Additionally, Brad oversaw the rollout of Oaktree’s proptech investment strategy and was active in the development of the firm’s real estate ESG strategy. Prior to Oaktree, Brad was a Director at Hines where he acquired, managed and developed urban assets in the Pacific Northwest, with a portfolio comprising 5+ million square feet and $1+ billion. Additionally, Brad was a Managing Director at CrowdStreet where he led equity origination efforts for West Coast institutional-quality real estate owners, operators, and developers. Earlier in his career, Brad served on the real estate investment banking team at Raymond James & Associates where he assisted in the sourcing of $11.0 billion across 68 equity & debt financing and advisory engagements. Most recently Brad provided strategic consulting services to companies in the real estate and proptech sectors.

Brad graduated from the University of Texas at Austin (B.B.A., Finance/Honors) and holds an MBA from Stanford Graduate School of Business. He enjoys golf, BBQ, RV travel, and quality time with family.

Chris Huang

DIRECTOR

Chris Huang is a Director at Arc Capital Partners, responsible for acquisitions and capital transactions. Prior to joining Arc Capital Partners, Chris was a Vice President at Brookfield Property Group where he was responsible for acquisitions across various fund strategies in the Western Region. Chris oversaw all aspects of the investment process including sourcing, financing, executing, and disposing of single asset and portfolio level deals. While at BPG, he successfully closed on over $1.3 billion of investments. Chris is an active member of the Urban Land Institute (ULI) and the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP). He also serves as a board member of Accelerating Access to Commercial Real Estate (“AACRE”), a non-profit group that supports causes that promote diversity and inclusion in commercial real estate.

Chris graduated from Wilfrid Laurier University in Canada with a Bachelor of Business Administration. In his spare time, he enjoys trail-running, hiking and reading.

Jihyeun Byeon

VICE PRESIDENT

Jihyeun is Vice President for Arc Capital Partners, responsible for asset management. Jihyeun has 10 years of experience in architecture, construction and real estate.

Prior to joining Arc Capital Partners, Jihyeun was at Deloitte Consulting, where she focused on developing and delivering corporate operation optimization strategies. Prior to Deloitte, Jihyeun was with New York City Economic Development Corporation, where she managed New York City’s waterfront assets and various economic development programs including Coney Island and Hunts Point. Jihyeun also has 6+ years of experience as a design architect, and worked in award winning design firms in Seoul, Beijing, and New York.

Jihyeun graduated from Southern California Institute of Architecture (B.S., Architecture) and holds a Masters degree from Harvard Graduate School of Design (Urban Planning and Real Estate).

Meiyin Cheng

VICE PRESIDENT – FINANCE / INVESTOR RELATIONS

Meiyin has extensive experience in real estate accounting, financial reporting and investor relations. At Arc, Meiyin is responsible for overseeing investor relations, compliance, financial reporting and treasury. Prior to joining Arc, Meiyin was a Controller at Majestic Realty Co, a real estate developer and owner. While there, she was responsible for investment property accounting and reporting. Prior to Majestic, Meiyin was with Ernst and Young for seven years, where she focused on both public and private REITs and real estate fund clients. Meiyin is a Certified Public Accountant and a member of the AICPA.

Meiyin was born and raised in South Florida and holds degrees from University of Miami (B.B.A, M.S. of Accounting). Meiyin enjoys LA’s food scene, travelling and spending time with her family and puppy.

Lisa Furina

CONTROLLER

Lisa Furina, CPA is the Controller of Arc Capital Partners. Lisa is primarily responsible for financial reporting, treasury, investor relations and compliance at Arc Capital Partners. Lisa has 12 years of experience in accounting, reporting and investor relations.  Before joining Arc Capital Partners, Lisa was with Ernst and Young, where she focused on real estate and investment industry clients. Prior to Ernst and Young, Lisa was the financial reporting manager for Urban Commons, a real estate investment and development firm. While there, she was responsible for all financial reporting pertaining to the IPO and REIT restructuring for a $500 million portfolio of properties. Prior to Urban Commons, Lisa held accounting positions at boutique independent accounting firms and real estate companies.

Lisa is a certified public accountant and a member of the AICPA. Ms. Furina is also a graduate of Bentley University (B.S., Accounting) and holds an MBA from Hult International Business School, London Campus.

Zach Bartelt

VICE PRESIDENT

Zach Bartelt is Vice President for Arc Capital Partners, responsible for acquisitions and capital transactions.

Prior to joining Arc Capital Partners, Zach was an Associate for Karney Properties focusing on acquisitions and asset management for a $1B+ mixed-use portfolio within Los Angeles and Orange County. Prior to Karney Properties, Zach was an Analyst for CommonWealth Partners. While at CommonWealth Partners, Zach underwrote acquisitions of $300MM - $1B+ class-A office properties and assisted with asset management for existing office assets in Boston, Washington DC, Seattle, San Francisco and Los Angeles.

Zach originally grew up in Milwaukee, WI and graduated with distinction from the University of Wisconsin-Madison (B.S., Dual Major - Real Estate and Finance).

Ramón Cordova

ASSISTANT VICE PRESIDENT

Ramón Cordova is an Assistant Vice President for Arc Capital Partners, responsible for acquisitions and capital transactions.

Prior to joining Arc Capital Partners, Ramón was an MBA Summer Associate for PCCP focusing on debt and equity originations across property sectors in primary markets from California to Texas. Prior to this role, Ramón was an Investment Analyst for TriGate Capital. At TriGate Capital, Ramón underwrote acquisitions across retail, office, and industrial property sectors and assisted with the asset management of TriGate’s $1.2B+ portfolio. Prior to TriGate Capital, Ramón was an Analyst for Hudson Advisors underwriting the real estate collateral for $300MM+ distressed CMBS loan portfolios.

Ramón was born in Guadalajara, Mexico and grew up in Dallas, TX.

Ramón graduated from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania (B.S., Economics – Finance Concentration) and holds an MBA from the McCombs School of Business at the University of Texas at Austin. He enjoys playing and watching soccer, blues guitar, and fitness.

Via Samson

ASSOCIATE

Via brings a background in investment management, and responsible for acquisitions and capital transactions at Arc Capital Partners. Prior to joining Arc, Via was with fixed income asset manager PIMCO, where she supported the Investment Grade and High Yield Credit strategies in monitoring and managing risk of their $500B+ portfolio. Via has experience in performance attribution, cash flow management, portfolio rebalancing, and the following asset classes: bonds, derivatives, and bank loans.

Via was born and raised in Manila, Philippines and graduated from Cornell University (B.S. Applied Economics and Management, minor in Psychology, Magna Cum Laude). She is a travel, food, and crime show enthusiast who has visited over thirty countries across four continents.

Aishwarya Leen

ASSOCIATE

Aishwarya has a background in Private Equity and Finance. At Arc Capital, Aishwarya is responsible for Asset Management. Prior to joining Arc, Aishwarya worked with the CDO Portfolio team at U.S. Bank, where she helped with reporting and managing their $10B+ portfolio. She interned at State Street Corp. with their financial reporting team and at JLL with the office research team.

Aishwarya was born in U.S., raised in Oman and is ethnically Indian. She graduated from Northeastern University with a major in Finance and minor in Economics and later did her MBA- Real Estate at the Graaskamp School of Business, where she was the managing member of their alumni private equity fund. During her down time, she likes to scuba dive, travel to new cities, and explore hiking spots.
