Quincy is a 27-year veteran of commercial real estate finance, development and investing with over $8 billion of transaction experience. Prior to forming Arc, Quincy was a Managing Director and investment committee member of Canyon Partners Real Estate, which formed $3.0 billion of investment funds with Earvin “Magic” Johnson. Prior to Canyon, Quincy was an executive at Lazard Frères where he focused on real estate restructurings and portfolio management. Early in his career Quincy was a Vice President with Archstone Communities, a leading national multifamily REIT, and Security Capital Group

Neville is a 27-year veteran of real estate development, finance, and investing with over $6.4 billion of transaction experience. Prior to forming Arc Capital Partners, Neville was a Managing Director and investment committee member of Canyon Partners Real Estate, which formed $3.0 billion of investment funds with Earvin “Magic” Johnson. Prior to Canyon, Neville led Texas acquisitions and invested in over $1 billion of real estate. Prior to Canyon, Neville was a Vice President at Morgan Stanley focused on investment banking and real estate. Earlier in his career, Neville was a senior development executive with Tishman Realty Corporation in New York City.

Brad is a Managing Director for Arc Capital Partners, responsible for asset management, capital markets and portfolio management. Brad has 17 years of experience in real estate investment, finance, asset management, capital markets and development.

Prior to joining Arc Capital Partners, Brad was a Senior Vice President at Oaktree Capital Management, where he oversaw a commercial portfolio comprising 25+ million square feet and $4+ billion. While at Oaktree, Brad led commercial asset management across the firm’s opportunistic, value-add and core-plus strategies. Additionally, Brad oversaw the rollout of Oaktree’s proptech and ESG strategies. Prior to Oaktree, Brad was a Director at Hines where he acquired and developed over $1.0 billion of urban assets in the Pacific Northwest. additionally, Brad was a Managing Director at CrowdStreet where he led equity origination efforts for the West Coast. Earlier in his career, Brad served on the real estate investment banking team at Raymond James & Associates where he assisted in the sourcing of $11.0 billion across 68 equity and debt transactions. Most recently Brad provided strategic consulting services to companies in the real estate and proptech sectors.

Chris Huang is a Senior Vice President at Arc Capital Partners, primarily responsible for acquisitions and capital transactions. He has 15 years of experience in real estate investing, finance and asset management. Prior to joining Arc Capital Partners, Chris was a Vice President at Brookfield Property Group (BPG) where he was responsible for acquisitions across various fund strategies in the Western Region. Chris oversaw all aspects of the investment process including sourcing, financing, executing, and disposing of single asset and portfolio level deals. While at BPG, he successfully closed on over $1.3 billion of investments. Chris is an active member of the Urban Land Institute (ULI) and the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP). He also serves as a board member of Accelerating Access to Commercial Real Estate (“AACRE”), a non-profit group that supports causes that promote diversity and inclusion in commercial real estate.

Meiyin is primarily responsible for investor relations, reporting, and compliance. She has 11 years of experience in accounting, auditing, reporting and and investor relations for real estate investment companies and real estate operators. Prior to joining Arc, Meiyin was a Controller at Majestic Realty Co, a real estate developer and owner. While there, she was responsible for investment property accounting and reporting. Prior to Majestic, Meiyin was with Ernst and Young for seven years, where she focused on both public and private REITs and real estate fund clients. Meiyin is a Certified Public Accountant and a member of the AICPA.

Gina is a Vice President for Arc Capital Partners, primarily responsible for asset management. Gina has 11 years of experience in real estate investment, development, asset management, and capital markets.

Prior to joining Arc Capital Partners, Gina was a Director at Unico Properties, where she led multifamily and commercial developments from acquisition through construction and lease-up, with a focus on historic adaptive reuse. This involved managing all aspects of underwriting and due diligence for new development opportunities as well as structuring and negotiating debt and equity capitalizations, including utilizing tax efficient structures, historic tax credits, and opportunity zone equity. Throughout construction, Gina was responsible for overseeing development managers and construction teams to ensure adherence to budget and schedule milestones. Prior to Unico, Gina was a Vice President at JLL where she executed over $550 million of multifamily asset sales and land development advisory work for both private clients and public agencies across Southern California.

He has 7 years of experience in real estate investment and asset management. Prior to joining Arc, Ramon was an investment analyst for Trigate Capital. At TriGate Capital, Ramón underwrote acquisitions across retail, office, and industrial property sectors and assisted with the asset management of TriGate’s $1.2B+ portfolio. Prior to TriGate Capital, Ramón was an Analyst for Hudson Advisors underwriting the real estate collateral for $300MM+ distressed CMBS loan portfolios.

Prior to joining Arc, Via was with fixed income asset manager PIMCO, where she supported the Investment Grade and High Yield Credit strategies in monitoring and managing risk of their $500B+ portfolio. Via has experience in performance attribution, cash flow management, portfolio rebalancing, and the following asset classes: bonds, derivatives, and bank loans.
