Quincy is a 27-year veteran of commercial real estate finance, development and investing with over $8 billion of transaction experience. Prior to forming Arc, Quincy was a Managing Director and investment committee member of Canyon Partners Real Estate, which formed $3.0 billion of investment funds with Earvin “Magic” Johnson. Prior to Canyon, Quincy was an executive at Lazard Frères where he focused on real estate restructurings and portfolio management. Early in his career Quincy was a Vice President with Archstone Communities, a leading national multifamily REIT, and Security Capital Group

Getting to know Quincy:
Quincy is born and raised in Detroit, Michigan. He is an Avid Detroit sports fan and enjoys golf, international travel, road trips, and spending time with his family and two dogs.
Neville is a 27-year veteran of real estate development, finance, and investing with over $6.4 billion of transaction experience. Prior to forming Arc Capital Partners, Neville was a Managing Director and investment committee member of Canyon Partners Real Estate, which formed $3.0 billion of investment funds with Earvin “Magic” Johnson. Prior to Canyon, Neville led Texas acquisitions and invested in over $1 billion of real estate. Prior to Canyon, Neville was a Vice President at Morgan Stanley focused on investment banking and real estate. Earlier in his career, Neville was a senior development executive with Tishman Realty Corporation in New York City.

Getting to know Neville:
Neville was raised in Jamaica. In his spare time he enjoys reading, running, cycling and spending time with his family
Brad is a Managing Director for Arc Capital Partners, responsible for asset management, capital markets and portfolio management. Brad has 17 years of experience in real estate investment, finance, asset management, capital markets and development.
Prior to joining Arc Capital Partners, Brad was a Senior Vice President at Oaktree Capital Management, where he oversaw a commercial portfolio comprising 25+ million square feet and $4+ billion. While at Oaktree, Brad led commercial asset management across the firm’s opportunistic, value-add and core-plus strategies. Additionally, Brad oversaw the rollout of Oaktree’s proptech and ESG strategies. Prior to Oaktree, Brad was a Director at Hines where he acquired and developed over $1.0 billion of urban assets in the Pacific Northwest. additionally, Brad was a Managing Director at CrowdStreet where he led equity origination efforts for the West Coast. Earlier in his career, Brad served on the real estate investment banking team at Raymond James & Associates where he assisted in the sourcing of $11.0 billion across 68 equity and debt transactions. Most recently Brad provided strategic consulting services to companies in the real estate and proptech sectors.

Chris Huang is a Director at Arc Capital Partners, primarily responsible for acquisitions and capital transactions. He has 13 years of experience in real estate investing, finance and asset management. Prior to joining Arc Capital Partners, Chris was a Vice President at Brookfield Property Group (BPG) where he was responsible for acquisitions across various fund strategies in the Western Region. Chris oversaw all aspects of the investment process including sourcing, financing, executing, and disposing of single asset and portfolio level deals. While at BPG, he successfully closed on over $1.3 billion of investments. Chris is an active member of the Urban Land Institute (ULI) and the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP). He also serves as a board member of Accelerating Access to Commercial Real Estate (“AACRE”), a non-profit group that supports causes that promote diversity and inclusion in commercial real estate.

Meiyin is primarily responsible for investor relations, reporting, and compliance. She has 11 years of experience in accounting, auditing, reporting and and investor relations for real estate investment companies and real estate operators. Prior to joining Arc, Meiyin was a Controller at Majestic Realty Co, a real estate developer and owner. While there, she was responsible for investment property accounting and reporting. Prior to Majestic, Meiyin was with Ernst and Young for seven years, where she focused on both public and private REITs and real estate fund clients. Meiyin is a Certified Public Accountant and a member of the AICPA.

Located at Arc’s Austin office, Zach is primarily responsible for acquisition and asset management in Texas. Zach has 8 years of experience in real estate acquisitions and asset management. Prior to joining Arc Capital Partners, Zach was an Associate for Karney Properties focusing on acquisitions and asset management for a $1B+ mixed-use portfolio within Los Angeles and Orange County. Prior to Karney Properties, Zach was an Analyst for CommonWealth Partners, where he underwrote acquisitions of $300MM – $1B+ class-A office properties.

Lisa is primarily responsible for accounting and treasury. She has 12 years of experience in accounting, auditing, reporting, and investor relations for investment companies and real estate operators. Prior to Arc, Lisa was with Ernst and Young, where she focused on real estate and investment industry clients. Prior to Ernst and Young, Lisa was the financial reporting manager for Urban Commons, a real estate investment and development firm. While there, she was responsible for all financial reporting pertaining to the IPO and REIT restructuring for a $500 million portfolio of properties. Lisa is a Certified Public Accountant and a member of AICPA.

Ramón is primarily responsible for underwriting, capital transactions and asset management in Southern California and Denver. He has 7 years of experience in real estate investment and asset management. Prior to joining Arc, Ramon was an investment analyst for Trigate Capital. At TriGate Capital, Ramón underwrote acquisitions across retail, office, and industrial property sectors and assisted with the asset management of TriGate’s $1.2B+ portfolio. Prior to TriGate Capital, Ramón was an Analyst for Hudson Advisors underwriting the real estate collateral for $300MM+ distressed CMBS loan portfolios.

Aishwarya has a background in Private Equity and Finance. At Arc Capital, Aishwarya is responsible for Asset Management. Prior to joining Arc, Aishwarya worked with the CDO Portfolio team at U.S. Bank, where she helped with reporting and managing their $10B+ portfolio. She interned at State Street Corp. with their financial reporting team and at JLL with the office research team.

Getting to know Aishwarya:

Via Samson brings a background in investment management. At Arc, Via is responsible for acquisitions and capital transactions. Prior to joining Arc, Via was with fixed income asset manager PIMCO, where she supported the Investment Grade and High Yield Credit strategies in monitoring and managing risk of their $500B+ portfolio. Via has experience in performance attribution, cash flow management, portfolio rebalancing, and the following asset classes: bonds, derivatives, and bank loans.

Jordan is primarily responsible for acquisitions and capital transactions. Prior to joining Arc, Jordan was an Acquisitions Analyst for Waterton. At Waterton, Jordan underwrote acquisitions across both multifamily and hospitality property sectors for their $9.3B+ portfolio. Prior to Waterton, Jordan was an Analyst for Ravinia Communities, a boutique investment management firm focused on acquiring and operating manufactured housing communities across the United States.

Prior to joining Arc, Chris was an analyst at K1 Investment Management, an enterprise software focused private equity firm, where he was responsible for evaluating new investment opportunities and supporting existing portfolio companies.
